I’m a Somatic Therapist using different tools to support you in your personal growth. As a SEP I have learnt to trust the bodys capacity to self regulate. By increased body awareness and the exploration of the language of the nervous system, the body can release stored tensions and recover from stress and trauma. However, when early trauma happened (preverbal) touch work like TEB, supports regulation and co-regulation on another level.
I work with adults and adolescents spread around the world working on-line via Zoom. Hopefully in the near future I’ll yet again will be able to welcome clients in my private practice in North Hatley.
