Welcome! I work with adults in-person and online, offering trauma-informed somatic support using a blend of modalities. These primarily include Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Practice, and biodynamic craniosacral therapy.
Using these frameworks, and weaving in useful practices from other somatic lineages, I help folks increase allyship with their bodies, build robust health in their autonomic nervous systems, and integrate lingering traumatic residue. Each session is customized to move you toward your personal goals.
