I work with adults and couples/interpersonal relationships. I work well with those who experience anxiety, depression, relationship challenges (including peers and work), and/or have a trauma history. I am trained in Internal Family Systems and have served on Staff for Level 1 and Intimacy From the Inside Out trainings. I am currently working on IFS Certification. I offer consultation for those interested in or have been trained in IFS and/or IFIO.
