As a bodyworker I help women with ongoing emotional/physical/mental health struggles who see a connection to past trauma, and want to be more grounded and connected to their bodies.

In holding a nonjudgemental, affirming space for what is held and expressed in the body and supporting a felt sense of safety, we build physical and emotional resilience and increase the capacity for pleasure, joy, and personal growth and connection to others.

------------

My trauma-informed, body-based approach includes:

- Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, which connects us to our inherent wholeness and offers a gentle way to release painful or restrictive physical and emotional patterns.

- Pre- and perinatal somatic therapy (Myrna Martin/Ray Castellino) which focuses on resolving pregnancy- and birth-related difficulties and their effect on people of all ages

- Transforming Touch (Stephen J. Terrell), which builds resilience in the nervous system, integrates early infant reflexes and supports healing from developmental trauma (including conception, gestation, birth and early life).

My work is also informed by study with Bonnie Badenoch (Interpersonal Neurobiology).

I welcome clients in-person in downtown Toronto, Canada, or by video sessions.
