I provide somatic healing services for adults that have experienced childhood instability, grief and loss, and medical trauma. I also provide structure and process support to cultivate capacity for equity, belonging, right use of power, and to respond from the heart.
Since 1996 I have studied multiple bodywork modalities, earned an M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology focused on using creative arts to identify the authentic self. I learned the importance of presence through providing hands-on care for hospice patients and their families, and creating an integrative medicine program to address their needs.
I identify as white, cisgender, and queer. I'm a retired black belt in karate, and in my free time I enjoy creating art, learning Mandarin, and caring for animals.
