Lucas VERGNETTES, Victoria, BC, Canada

I am an Osteopathic Practitioner trained in France and working in Victoria BC, Canada. I have experience working with patients of all ages (0-99+) and with situations of developmental trauma, neurodiversity and disability. I have trained in TEB, SRR and TST with Steve and Kathy.

Over my 20 years of full time osteopathic bodywork practice I have worked on numerous complex physical injuries, and have supported patients in their emotional expression and regulation through touch, dialogue and use of flower remedies. I also have built solid experience in supporting the exploration of interoceptive perceptions through touch and presence.

My work is based on listening attentively to the patients stories and body, understanding the regulation challenges with a strong lens on emotional, mental and somatic activity. I then use highly personalized somatic interventions for vagal function regulation, adjusting the autonomic nervous system tone to ease the healing process. I like to provide a dynamic and creative approach built on the patients needs and personality, with the goal that it would feel 'just right'.

I have a preference working in-person as I have more experience this way, but I can also provide Online Transforming Touch/Presence (TEB), SRR and osteopathic guided self treatment.

I am fully bilingual, fluent in French and English.
