In my somatic therapy practice, I help people become more attuned to their body and use healthy strategies to better navigate life's challenges and rediscover their life essence and vitality. I use different tools, like Somatic Experiencing® (SE), Transforming the Experience based-Brain® (TEB), Transformative Touch, yoga, movement, mindfulness and breath work, to help people restore inner balance and resilience in their body.
I offer sessions on site and on line via Zoom. I am fluent in French and English.
