Integrative Somatic Wellness combines numerous modalities of movement and trauma resolution techniques to support the systems of your body in finding their innate, natural and desired states of regulation. Using ISW I assist individuals in relieving the effects of chronic stress and trauma on the body and mind. Integrating the Pilates Method, Somatic Regulation and Resilience, Somatic Experiencing, and Somatic Practice as well as other modalities I guide my clients toward dynamic equilibrium.
