Hello, I am glad you found my listing today! Your search for co-regulating touch is a great step forward in helping your nervous system to find restoration and relief. Utilizing this type of touch work will in turn positively affect the rest of your body, energetic system, and overall health. Working together, I offer touch sessions with Transforming Touch (TEB), acupressure for emotional healing, and Somatic Experiencing touch work. Sessions can be a combination of these and other services listed below and will be billed under psychotherapy services if using insurance.

Ages 10 and up. In-person and virtual sessions available.

-Applied Polyvagal Theory in Yoga Therapy (Embody Lab)—using polyvagal elements to create mindful movement classes
