ISAAC SHAMAH, LCSW, PsyA, SEP is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in Nyack, New York. Isaac has completed Somatic Experiencing Touch training with Kathy Kain. He is certified in psychoanalysis through the Institute of Expressive Analysis and certified as a couples therapist through the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. He is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and EMDR therapist. His practice is also inspired by 26 years of contemplative, mindfulness based Vipassana meditation practice. Isaac works with individuals ages 18 and up integrating relational psychoanalysis with body based treatments directed toward trauma resolution.
