I am a licensed massage therapist and certified Transforming Touch Practitioner with a deep passion for helping people heal from developmental trauma and nervous system dysregulation. Currently, I’m in my second year of Somatic Experiencing® training and am on track to complete my certification by March 2025.
I specialize in working with highly sensitive individuals and those navigating chronic health issues stemming from trauma. My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their bodies, fostering a sense of safety and groundedness. Through my practice, I aim to create a supportive environment where clients can experience deeper healing, regulation, and a restored sense of well-being. I work with people of all ages.
