Grounded in multidisciplinary trauma trainings, Alex is a somatic bodyworker and educator who offers psychobiological nervous system education and trauma resolution touch work. She is committed to ensuring her clients develop an understanding about their bodies and wellness experientially, and is passionate about supporting them in resolving chronic and pervasive experiences of unwanted symptoms.
