I help individuals and couples heal the unconscious wounds that shape their lives and relationships, guiding them toward deep transformation and true emotional freedom. My work is deeply rooted in healing developmental trauma and attachment-based wounds, as these early imprints shape the way we connect, love, and navigate the world. I integrate a somatic and trauma-informed approach, blending somatic experiencing, breathwork, nervous system regulation, inner child healing, experiential therapy, parts work (IFS), mindfulness, and relational attunement to support deep, lasting change.
I work with those struggling with codependency, childhood trauma, emotional disconnection, relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, addiction, and chronic emotional pain, helping them break free from survival-based patterns and step into authentic, connected, and thriving lives. My approach to healing is holistic and integrative, focusing on not just the mind, but the body and nervous system as well, because true transformation happens when we listen to the wisdom stored within us.
I am committed to continuous learning and growth, always expanding my knowledge and training in the latest trauma healing modalities so I can bring the very best of the healing world to my clients. Healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and I ensure that my approach evolves to meet the needs of each individual I work with.
My approach to healing is grounded in eight core principles:
Healing Happens in Safety – We can only heal in an environment where we feel safe, seen, and supported.
The Body Holds the Story – Trauma isn’t just in the mind; it’s stored in the nervous system and must be processed somatically.
Compassion is the Foundation – Self-compassion is the key to breaking free from cycles of shame and self-blame.
We Heal in Connection – True healing happens in relationships, whether with ourselves, others, or a higher source.
The Past Lives in the Present – Unresolved wounds from childhood shape our current experiences, and awareness is the first step toward change.
Integration Leads to Wholeness – Healing isn’t about eliminating pain but about integrating all parts of ourselves with love and acceptance.
Healing is Non-Linear – Growth isn’t a straight line; it’s a journey of deepening self-awareness, learning, and expansion.
You Are Your Own Healer – My role is to guide, but your power to heal already exists within you.
Through one-on-one intensives, group programs, and healing retreats, I create a safe, nurturing space for profound healing—one that honors the complexity of trauma while providing a path toward wholeness, safety, and emotional freedom.
