I have been a counselor in private practice since 2014. My practice is outdoors with an optional covered and semi-heated shelter, so all work includes both somatics and nature connection. For coregulating touch, we may work, at your discretion, with or without direct physical touch on a table, a chair, or on the Earth.
My training and credentialing includes being a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology with a focus on Ecopsychology. I am also a Somatic Experiencing Professional (SEP) and a certified HeartMath Institute Professional (HMIP) as well as a graduate of Touch Skills Training.
