Caitlin Brandl (TEB), Bozeman, MT

Welcoming adults of all ages for in-person, individual counseling sessions.

Healing and finding more ease and joy in life is possible. Having the opportunity to be with people as they move from suffering to feeling more like themselves, or discovering themselves for the first time, is an honor and a gift for me. Together, we will support your nervous system regulation to move out of stuck patterns and into more ease and flow.

Providing services to people impacted by Complex PTSD, Developmental Trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, shame, and difficult life transitions. Experience with Military Sexual Trauma.

It is possible to move out of cycles of survival patterns and into more ease. More aliveness. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
