Welcome - I'm so glad that you are reaching out. I am here to name my lifelong journey of supporting and healing survivors of developmental trauma. I am a Licensed Marraige & Family Therapist (LMFT#125941) located in Berkeley, CA. I began working with pre-school children through the head start program in 2019, and moved to the Child Therapy Institute in 2020, where I work part time with children and families of all ages. In my private practice I work with both chldren and adults on an individual basis.
I am also an SEP (Somatic Experiencing Practitioner) since 2019 and became certified w/Somatic Resilience & Regulation in 2021. I love the inviting blend of modalities that I've been inspired to use through these various trainings. I'm looking forward to continuing my training with Kathy and Steve in the near future.
Personally I am a bit of an introvert and my goal is to integrate animals into my therapeutic process eventually. I live in the Bay Area and this requires me to find solace and nourishment in the natural environment in order to balance out the urban impact.
