I love working with teenagers and adults of all ages with PTSD and early developmental wounds. It feels sacred to hold space and be a conduit for healing. I have been a serious long time meditator and have been participating with my own SE therapy for many years. This practice and commitment for my own regulation has deepened my capacity for presence. I've completed my Somatic Experiencing training and hold an SEP credential, completed two out of the three Touch trainings with Kathy Kain and have been trained in Eden Energy Medicine. I've also completed Peter Levine's "Eye of the Needle" training that specifically renegotiates Near Death Experiences and Surgical Traumas. I was honored to have Peter Levine himself do a demo on me during that training. Internal Family System is another modality I regularly utilize in conjunction with SE Touch. The combination of these methods has proven transformational to my clients. It's been a fascinating journey to be a part of this healing process.
