I am a white-bodied, cisgender female (she/her). I am a Licensed Acupuncturist, a NeuroAffective Touch provider (certification in process), an Internal Family Systems Practitioner (Level 1), and a Certified Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath Provider.

My practice focus is providing somatic support for developmental and attachment trauma. I incorporate trauma-sensitive acupuncture, hands-on care and somatic processes, including somatic regulation & somatic consent work. While I do provide acupuncture for medical conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, digestive issues, and sleep, I most often treat these as part of the larger picture of a physiological response to developmental and attachment trauma. I primarily provide in-person services, thought I do offer some online availability.

NeuroAffective Touch, Internal Family Systems, Kathy Kain's Somatic Regulation & Resilience, Gendlin's Focusing, Milne's Craniosacral Therapy and Resmaa Menakem's Foundations in Somatic Abolitionism deeply influence my clinical practice. I generally, though not exclusively, prioritize openings in my practice for mental health therapists and practitioners.
