Charlotte Dillon, Ph.D., SEP, DARe certified session provider, SRR

I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in developmental trauma. I own and direct a faith based group practice where body based trauma informed therapy is encouraged. The combination of SE within DARe is a dynamic combo which takes in not only what is happening in our autonomic nervous system but also in our relational fields. We are created with a social engagement system and what we now know about the attachment system and our nervous system tells us we are created for secure relationships; good emotional well-being invites us to secure functioning in all of our healing experiences. We are trained and equipped to use touch to foster resilience and regulation.

Our work at GPS is faith based, in that we believe God’s Divine Activity of Grace and Love is intricately involved in all aspects of our lives. This may or may not be talked about in sessions, depending on the client’s needs and wishes. While each of us is Christian, all faiths, AND people without faith, are welcome at Gateway. We are an inclusive practice in that we invite and welcome all walks of life, all ages, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations to our practice, wanting all to know they do not have to walk life's journey alone and there are effective pathways to healing. We work with clients aged 12 to the end of life.
