I’m Guild-Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner with a license in massage therapy in the state of Washington. I am also a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
I work with adults and teenagers. As a Feldenkrais practitioner, I am looking at movement patterns that relate to chronic pain, imbalance, loss of function and discomfort in the world. These patterns are often self-protective and helped us to survive. They can however begin to slowly change and give us more freedom in the world. I work with people who are experiencing the effects of both early developmental and shock trauma.
