I work with adults that have experienced childhood trauma, traumatic grief, medical trauma, near death experiences, and want to build stability in their sense of self. I also work somatically with people that identify as white to cultivate an embodied capacity for healing and mobilizing around racial justice.
I hold credentials in multiple bodywork modalities, am an equine experiential learning facilitator, hold an M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology, and am deepened by my learning of presence via hands-on hospice care.
